SC remove the "Report" button from global

Just got reported for talking with my friend

I'm constantly getting banned from global simply for not accepting people in to my clan. The conversation will go like this:

Child: Freddy can I join plz?
Me: Sorry, lvl 50+ only
Child: Reported Freddy

May I suggest this instead?

Child: Freddy can I join plz?
Me: That'd be awesome! Look us up when you're lvl 50.
Child: K thx Freddy.

Not that you're doing anything wrong but they ARE kids. If they were rational, we'd call them adults.

Yes you can and you're 100% right. It won't fix the problem but may keep me alive for an extra few hours.
