I would think that you need to contact someone in that hood, preferably the leader or a co-leader through social media such as Facebook. They would need to know your farm tag # so that someone in there can invite you.
If you search Facebook Messenger using that hood name, you will find a home decor business with that name. You could try sending a message explaining that there is a Hay Day neighborhood with that name and ask if someone there is associated with that hood.
