I lead a Level 17 clan in Master League 1. I've just had the guts of my clan ripped out by a couple of members who left and took with them a bunch of my top Town Hall 12 players. Despite this, we're still on a 7 win streak in wars and holding our own in Clan War Leagues!

We run a tight ship where all wars are carefully planned. We have enough Town Hall 12s remaining to ensure all sieges are provided when requested and we are still quite active, however, our numbers have dropped from around 50 to ~33 at last count.
