    Fix Builder Hall Attacks.

    Issue:
    The problem is the time of the attacks vs boost for attacks. Atleast once a day I encounter someone who will use a full troop selection of archers, slowly deploying one at a time, sometimes not even using all their troops in the full attack(something I don't understand because they're slowly deploying so it's not as if they've disconnected). The other situation is a player does actually disconnect causing the attack to take up a large portion of the boost.

    I was thinking about potential solutions, and I have come up with two:
    1: decreasing time of attack.
    I understand this would affect some challenges but for most attacks anyway the majority of people don't use the whole time of attack (unless they have a straggler unit like a bomber doing his thing).
    2. Pause the clock tower boost once you've finished your attack and your troops have been trained for your next attack.

    Better solutions:
    1. Use clock tower potions for longer boosts
    2. Allow players to start a new attack as soon as they finish without having to wait for the other player to finish

    Trophies have not been awarded yet, so how can the system match you? What if the second attack finishes before the first attack?

    I'd also bet good money that the code base is hardcoded for one attack at a time, therefore allowing for multiple simultaneous attacks could require a huge rewrite.

    The only pleasure I get from BB is the possibility of wasting soneones clock. It's my 29%. I hope they don't change a thing.

    ...although I've been seeing an archer-minion attack which can be just as tedious. Slow and steady does seem to win the race at times in this meta...
