How to delegate jobs to co leaders

What jobs should you delegate to co leaders, for example like leading wars etc.

Any job. It isn't about the job so much as it is about only promoting folks to CO who have potential to be leaders. If you are doing that properly, then most should be able to take on any task within the clan.

However, if you have done a poor job promoting, you might want to fix that first.

Lot of questions on how to run a clan mate?
Your recruitment thread may just struggle.

A leader leads.. part of that job entails promoting people to assist in the smooth running of the clan.
As Tosti says, those people should be potential leaders.. people that you would have no problem handing the clan over to one day.

One of the necessities, is to cover the time zones, as well as other times you are not online.
If the right people are in the CO positions, then they should already be vocal (taking a lead roll) and knowledgeable about the game prior to promotion.

The tasks need not necessarily be directly given to them, as they should already be contributing towards the leadership without prompting.
But if they are unwilling to be seen to be stepping on the leaders toes, then gentle prompts can get things started.
A clan should be a friendly and relaxing place to be tho, so bonds and friendships should trigger auto response from capable people, without the need to issue a job description.

Agree with JGD. Leadership isn't just about delegating. It is about building the right team of folks who share a common vision and can be relied upon to step up appropriately and for the most part will likely do things the same way as the rest of the team. Leaders groom other leaders so that responsibilities are shared and no matter who is at the helm, there will be a commonality of thought. If someone doesn't share the vision, there is no way they should be made CO. Promoting the right people is the most critical of leadership responsibilities and when done right is a wonder to behold. When done poorly, well, all sorts of stupid breaks loose.

    in my case
i consider my co's my peers , decision is made by majority
if it is a tie , leader makes the call
    Rest all responsibilities remain same.
Recruiting / clan management /issue resolution /War plan etc
