if you were to only face BH 5, assuming you're a maxed BH5, then the majority of players you would face would be not maxed BH5.

3 days after upgrading to a new BH level, I’ve never faced to olf BH level again.. ever.

If a BH 5, matched only to other BH 5's, rose to #1 with that haddicapping advantage, with your proposal, facing only weaker opponents, I myself would deem that unfair .

As would I. The end result would be a community of players who never push above BH5.

How about new matchmaking for builder hall where players will only get their bh lvl opponents. This will make the game very fair.
