No, you can use / sell his stock. 🙌
But I don't know if there is a time limit or not.

You’re welcome, mags. One other thing: you use Rose and Ernest's stock first until it is depleted.
So if you have 20 milks in your barn and Rose has 20 milks in storage, and you use 3 to make cheese, Rose’s stock reduces to 17 and your barn stock remains the same.
This can have a negative impact on how you use your barn storage especially if you were close to the limit when you employed the helpers so be aware. Happy farming.

Thanks again BostonGirl. That’s really helpful information as I’m often near the limit on my barn storage. I’m going to try Rose in a while. I hesitate to do so during the Derby as I don’t yet understand how she works, and if I get an animal feeding task, I don’t know how she will impact that! I’ll leave that experiment until after I’ve finished my Derby tasks! ��
If you get an animal feeding task and you have Rosie she takes priority over your task so I stop her collecting say eggs for for example
