Omnium - Discussion and progression

I don't think I said that this clan was not for you. Whilst that might be the case, the ethos of Omnium is that everyone is welcome.

You don't have anything to apolgise for. You were simply pointing out an observation and this is something we encourage all of our members to do.

It will take time to build something stronger - the main thing in CoC is patience! I've been playing for over a year and half and I still haven't reached TH10 yet! However, the length of time it takes to build something up is actually what makes it rewarding in the end. I'm actually really pleased that Omnium has progressed to the stage where we need a feeder clan!

It would be great if you stay. I understand if you do not - perhaps we'll see you again once we're a little more established.

Good luck and definitely no hard feelings from this end!

rule 1 - min donations 150
rule 2 - Elder is gained by nominations or 1k donations in season

I think these are sensible amounts, i will put them in the clan description if everyone else agrees. Or we could put them into our first post.
maybe we could make a way for people to earn it through war contributions?

Sensible suggestions, I agree.

My only thought was around whether 1,000 donations for elder is enough. Depends how many elders we want in the clan.

That said, these rules can be implemented and changed at a later date if there looks to be too many elders.

I was originally think 1.5k, but Ryoji suggested the lower amount,
Will implement donation rule and 1.5k for elder. These can then be higher end when we get going

I'm easy either way. If you guys feel that 1 k is enough then set it thus - that's why you're there I guess!
I think a lot will depend on what the attrition rate is from Omnium 2 and that we'll only know over time.

Hey guys. I know the feeder clan is to help people get to higher levels trophy and base wise but, it's starting to bug me of the fact that I'm being asked to donate almost every 10 seconds of the day as well as the other people who decide to move down with me. It's alright to ask for troops but being asked at such an abnormal amount is beginning to make me upset only because it's hard for me to gain trophies or even make my own troops to attack. I'm not too sure if I like the idea of everyone asking for troops but if you see the clan, almost every receives and doesn't donate. If that continues, I don't think I want to donate either. I will start to only donate to the people who donate if this continues. Sorry for the rant.

Completely understand Ryoji. I rmemeber when we set up Omnium I donated a lot! I even gemmed troops to meet the demand and to try and persuade people to stay!
What I can say is that this phase will pass. It'll take a while but it will pass. The regular clearouts help in that respect also. I suggest that's why we need to tag you, dk and Tubba out when it gets too much (which it sounds like it now has) and to sub in another co leader and elders.
If you're ready for this, timing is good as we're almost finished a war and can do something tonight. Will put a message to Omnium elders asking for volenteers to post here and they can replace you in the sister clan.


That at all said, it hasn't gone unnoticed just how much you've had to donate. Thank you for all of your effort on this front. You have born the brunt of it and it's great that you hav contributed so much! We'll return the favours as best we can when you come back across.

And yes, it's the beginning of a great clan I know that we do have to donate a lot and endure for this to get set into place. Happy to stay down here longer geko. We are getting some great players. A couple that are very active and donate well. Think tubba and ryoji have had enough though. Lol
