Banned for phishing when I wasn’t! :( Help!

I got a permanent ban yesterday for phishing when I was legitimately trying to get back my old account. I hadn’t played on it in a while so I wasn’t able to answer all the verification questions that they asked me e.g. when was the last time you played etc. So then they permanently banned me which really upset me as I spent a lot of time building up my TH9 account that I had at the time. I tried contacting them on their website by email and in game, but it’s no use. Is there anything I can do? I even have the login and password for my Apple ID, but it won’t let me log in. Please help me!

that is the normal case during owner verification. if you cant answere them properly you willnever get back your old village.

not even a handfull of forumers had posted that they got back their banned village after contacting the ingame support. we have no proof that their posts were legit. only real human support might be able to rethink their decision. sparky (support bot) hasnt this option.
