Lending A Hand is a new neighbourhood that has recently been formed by myself, The Black Knight.
The main goal of Lending A Hand is to have a bit of fun and to help each other out. I am looking for fun, friendly and active members. I want to build a neighbourhood that is something to be proud of.

The things that I would expect of new members is to play regularly, help the other potential members out, and contribute to the neighbourhood as a whole. Derby participation isn’t mandatory, and it’s fine if you choose to opt out, but if you do choose to participate it should be by completing most, if not all of the tasks.
I am offering new members titles, the first few as Elders and possibly Co-Leader for someone responsible.
I am looking for members that won’t shy away from a quick chat, and lengthy discussions are encouraged. I’m friendly, and you should be too, foul language is not allowed and and neither is drama. If you take part in trading, freeloading isn’t allowed, common etiquette applies.

The minimum level is 20 and you must speak English.

I live in Australia, but I welcome anyone who lives internationally.
You can expect that I will do my best to help you out, have interesting discussions, and listen to any concerns that you have. You can also expect that if you want a promotion I will honestly consider it.

It would be absolutely awesome if we could be a neighbourhood that could get some trophies in the Derby when we want to, help each other out, and build a family.

Seeing as I am the only current member, it’s up to you how this neighbourhood grows. I hope to see you soon!

HI Aussi! I'm from Ohio USA. I'm not interested in doing 320+, but like 310+. I dump all townies that want 3stops, I keep my machines running, and crops full.
