That is the same way I read it, Quali. This proposed idea could help promote more activity within a clan especially when one has long builds and most of their Builders busy. Magical Items (those will be said in this topic) are in limited quantities as some of them complete the builds when used.

The question now is can it only be used once per day, or once a day per Builder?

I could almost see it being used both ways as mentioned above.
