“Confirm” button is grayed out for Valley building request

I had a problem with a building where I was parked overnight. In the morning, I wanted to fill the request there, but the “Confirm” button was grayed out, making it impossible to fill the request. So I went to a nearby building and filled the request there. Then suddenly the “Confirm” button at the first building was active, with the same request that had been there previously. But in order to fill the request, I had to use more gas to return to the building where I’d just been. Given the extreme gas shortage, this is an especially annoying glitch. (This wasn’t a group request or a building with a chicken—just a regular request.)

Hmmm, the only time button is greyed out for me, and I still tapped on it, a pop up showed I didn't have enough egg to fill the order and I was asked to confirm with paying diamond.

Did you tap on greyed out button? Or try to restart the game?

I didn’t try either of those, but I’ll try them the next time it happens. Thanks for the suggestions.

Like you, I noticed that the “confirm” button is gray if I don’t have the requested item in stock. But the problem I reported was different, because I did have the items in stock, and as soon as I went to another building, the previously gray “confirm” button became normal. So this seems like a glitch, but hopefully one of your suggestions will be a workaround.

I think I've had that but I have also found I can't repair another players truck because when I get to the spot the repair window won't pop up or is greyed out. I've driven to the next stop, then driven back, and the window pops up and is fine! So now - to save that precious fuel - I have taken to closing out the game fully and re-launching it whenever I meet a grey out or broken truck, which is working so far. But obviously not ideal!
