A sleigh!

I finished all of the goals (152 wool products) on the very first day of global event. Thank you Tom
Then I helped friend to finish event, and then I added some more wool products to my personal goal. All in all I contributed a total of 181 scarves, hats and sweaters.
Guess what? No Alfred, no package on my doorstep, no sledge.

And yes, the prices for event are great and I think we are all grateful for generosity SC showed this holiday. It certainly made my holidays.
But sledge... Unique gift, nowhere to be found. And I was so happy to get one. Not so happy anymore.
I sent report last night and I'm really curious about the response. Hopefully it is going to end well for all of us sledgeless

So upset... My sleigh is missing too. Completed all the goals, got the snow globe, but no sleigh. Sob sob.

Did a reboot of HD, but still no slegh, reached 152 items 1.5 days ago.

It must have gotten dropped behind a building/machine, behind the white house, or amongst the plants. It's such a tiny thing, you'll need to look very carefully.

I've looked everywhere... it did not.

My sleigh is gone too, and it was such a beaut! Must be a weird glitch. I bet we'll get them back before you know it.

I didn't get a sled either or any package from Alford even though I have completed the event early

Since you did receive it and it disappeared as you tried to place it but you now are unable to find it anywhere, there is the possibility that it was inadvertently trashed. However, since that is only a possibility and there are other possibilities, I suggest you place an in-game Report Issue ticket. It may take time, due to heavy work load, for a live Support person to track this for you, but when they do, I hope it is with happy results.

I waited atleast 24 hours for my sledge, I rebooted game and device and donated 153 wool items.... still no sledge I did what you said and sent a report ingame, but I sent one before and no one ever responded... so hopefully I will get a respond now.... and will have my sledge soon.

Has anyone who did not initially receive a sleigh now gotten one? I did not get a sleigh either and it has been 3 days since I completed the event.
