    None here

I added 154 items now but still no sled here.
My wife finished the event same time as I, after two or three days, and she has hers. Received it yesterday.

I've done this time and time again and, to be honest, I'm tired. The following is a link to a simple description of how the internet works. It would be best if you read the entire article, but even if you read just the first page, you'll begin to understand just how complex a path that sled has to take from SC to your device and how many opportunities there are for it to get redirected, stopped, detoured, and even lost on it's way to you.

    http://computer.howstuffworks.com/in...s/internet.htm

SC does not own the internet. They do not own every single one of hundreds of servers, nodes, routers, and other components that one digital sled may travel through to get to you. They have no control over Apple's servers, the servers that pick up from Apple's and transfer to the next set of servers down the road, nor the servers your internet provider uses. If any servers or other equipment along the way get jammed, breakdown, are undergoing maintenance or replacement, or just overloaded, much of the information traffic will be diverted by the owners of that particular equipment to any number of other stops, thereby, delaying arrival of the information (sled/diamonds). If data is corrupted along the way, the trip is ended and the item never reaches it's destination.

Please read this linked article or, at least, the first page so you can attain some understanding of what is involved in getting a simple sled through Hell and high water to arrive at your door. Not so simple and straight forward as you thought.
Hmmm perhaps you ARE tired. Surprisingly, Cricks, I do know how the internet works, not the least because my husband is a professor of information systems, and as a research developer I proof read a lot of his research proposals and articles. You suggested it might be a time zone thing, not a routing problem, and I responded accordingly. If it's an issue with one of SC's ISPs that is a different thing from simply a time zone issue and certainly wouldn't be resolved by a hard reboot - as you also suggested it might be. However, a routing glitch does not explain why some people who did not meet the personal goal received a sled. Theoretically, they did not meet the eligibility criteria, so the programming should have excluded them, but it didn't. That suggests it must be something other than a routing or ISP failure.

haven't got mine either, have well and truly completed all levels, am glad to know it's not just me. There have been a couple of times I didn't receive the diamonds either, but it's only a game, thought the sleigh looked cute on Judenz's farm and I am jealous.

I play whenever I can every day, help whenever possible and I have what is required, won't do sugar or dairy (I'm always short myself) with the odd exception, I don't keep dairy or sugar boats myself.

    still waiting

I have done a hard reboot several times and still no sled. It is very frustrating to work hard towards a goal and not receive the prize. I even helped others to get to their goals and they got their sleds, but nothing for me I sure hope that SC takes care of this issue, because there are a lot of people who have not received their sleds either. I will have to think twice about doing the next global challenge if this is the outcome. Why waste all my precious resources, if I can't get what is owed to me for completing the whole challenge. I just want my sled.

No sled for me either. Makes me feel better that I'm not the only one (sorry, lol). It isn't that big of a deal in the end. I have gotten all of the other prices so far though..

I finished all of the goals (152 wool products) on the very first day of global event. Thank you Tom
Then I helped friend to finish event, and then I added some more wool products to my personal goal. All in all I contributed a total of 181 scarves, hats and sweaters.
Guess what? No Alfred, no package on my doorstep, no sledge.

And yes, the prices for event are great and I think we are all grateful for generosity SC showed this holiday. It certainly made my holidays.
But sledge... Unique gift, nowhere to be found. And I was so happy to get one. Not so happy anymore.
I sent report last night and I'm really curious about the response. Hopefully it is going to end well for all of us sledgeless
