A sleigh!

I received the delivery of a sleigh from the mailman. When I tried to place it, I tried to place it in an invalid place. Then the sleigh disappeared! It's gone. I've tried rebooting the game and my iphone. No good. Where's my sleigh?

It must have gotten dropped behind a building/machine, behind the white house, or amongst the plants. It's such a tiny thing, you'll need to look very carefully.

I haven't gotten mine yet! I met all my goals and everything. Maybe the mailman is backlogged... I am a little disappointed.

I have not received one either so far.....

I have rebooted to no avail and I have sent SC a ticket about this. My husband who completed the event on Tuesday has not received the sleigh either.

I hope you're right about this. But this is almost the same issue as my very first post on Bugs and Issues thread and on this forum. I tried a wheel barrow on a 'not enough space', I don't know how but I accidentally purchased it for 16 diamonds. Well I figured maybe I just landed it on a right enough space and didn't noticed. But the issue is I can't see or find it anywhere on my farm or my items menu. At that time I'm only below lvl20 I think, so I can easily see if it's there or not and also tried to tap behind my buildings and any obstacles as one of the members here suggested to me. But still nothing until I bought one intendedly. 'haven't got an action reply from my report too. Anyway, Alfred haven't delivered yet my sled too. I'll just wait until tomorrow..

Supercell is going to get blitzed by all these requests...

I have not rec'd my sleigh yet, but I will be patient and wait at least 24 hours before submitting it as a bug to make sure it is not simple server delay. I would encourage others to do the same!

Not that I'm surprised, but I haven't received it either. My daughter did (it is very cute!), but I'm 1 for 4 in the last four global events, even after meeting personal goals.

But I'd rather my daughter got hers than I. I'm glad she didn't miss out!

So are a few of you saying that this has happened on other events where all players did NOT get the global event award?
not as if this has been going for a long time(the global event board)???

I got mine but my daughter didn't either. guess we will see if we get it tomorrow or send them a message.
