Did hay day makers actually play the new update?

I was excited about the update... hay day was getting a bit boring but was still fun and I continue to play at level 105. However, the new valley update is tremendously confusing AND glitchy. I drive to a building to complete a task and get there to find the task is updating... forever. I appreciate time between tasks etc but different times for everything and different goals and achievements... ugh! And doesn’t quite work as planned I’m guessing. Just seems like a serious departure from the hay day I know and love. I left and played “bricks and balls” (seriously addictive btw). Hope they get it straight but I wonder if they didn’t have a test group of players or if any of the developers actually play the game.

FYI, we have played and tested the update a lot, but nothing compares to a real-life situation when you have all the players playing it. Glitches, balancing issues etc. are things that happen with most games, but in a game like Hay Day (with a very active community) they get spotted quickly.

The trial season was initiated for a reason - to see how this feature works when it is populated by real players.

Now it's time to tweak and fix things!

    Cheers,

    Nick

I hope they fix the sun tasks to make more sense. Today one of my 3 possible tasks was doing a derby task. Well there’s no derby today so that sucked.

i think the ‘Trial Season’ is great as WE ALL get to play and request changes, better then a small. beta test for sure!

some feedback would be good though Nick, so we don’t feel like we are ‘shouting’ into the wind!

im looking forward to playing a greatly tweaked version!

    Doesn't feel like it...

After the update and because of it I find my self playing less and less.

Too much going on and I really dislike the made by toddlers for toddlers look of the valley.

Time to look for another game I guess since this one clearly has passed its expiration date.

Come on guys... Just give them some time!! They do their best to fix it. You all are never satisfied -_- yesterday it said trial version of valley while you entered it.. So can't expect that everything works 100% fine. It's not like we pay to play hay day. (spending money is everyone's own choice)

Can they please do something about the tasks required to get fuel spins. Planting 500 lettuce is not even possible. Combined with derby tasks and feeding animals it is impossible to even get two spins in a day. The tasks need to be things that everyone can actually do. People have jobs and kids and lives and should be able to get a spin in an hour or two. The way this is currently set up, many people won’t be able to participate in this at all.

Also, either the amount of fuel provided in a spin needs to increase, or the number of spins needs to be increased. We can’t even get from one house to the next without running out. We can repair trucks or we run out. Can’t even complete ONE delivery task on what a spin provides.
