2.Queencharge miners require more skill to consistently wreck bases with. But it is actually really strong and versatile when used correctly. Maybe something you'll see more in higher legends.
All of this basically says " miners need another level" IMO or at least a buff.

    Not really.

1.You shouldn't use mass miner in Legends because you don't know what's in the cc but in regular war mass miner are strong if you know the opponent has a Lavahound cc.

2.Queencharge Miners is really strong. But only in the right hands. Which isn't the case for most Legends players (no offense), they prefer simple strategies like the ones mentioned by others.

    This just makes my point.

    1. Only applies to re-attacks. You don't know whats in the CC until its pulled.
    2. If , if and if again. Meaning its totally situational and those are few and far in between.

Having this week used a miner army on max 12's (pre-update maxed obviously) after putting heroes down and they just get destroyed by point defenses even under heals. If the opponent had their infernos on mutli, your pretty much toast. Those extra archer and cannon levels and the reworked xbows miners are weak now.

Well they work at least for me, against solid th12 bases.

Buffing miners so that average players can wreck th12 bases with it would make miners too strong for players that already wrecked bases with them.

It's not that miners are too weak, most players just don't know how to use them efficiently. What causes the attack to fail is most likely a flaw in the plan, the lack of ability to read a base or a mistake in execution rather than miners being too weak.
But its always easier to blame the game rather than oneself, right?

Fact is miners have their place in the current meta, so they can't be too bad. Miners are kinda replaced by hogs because of their buff not too long ago. But you still see them in competitive play.

Take this video as an example. The video shows all ground based 3 star attacks during the april cwl of this Clan (Champs I). The video is ordered by attack strategies and you can see 25 minutes of miner attacks, which is more than half of the video.

Im actually seeing a lot of variety, and weirdly varying success with similar armies attacking the same base!
some will get a high % 2 star hit, others a low % 1 star hit, so I think a lot of combinations are actually viable atm,
but any army can also fail hard too
