Book of hero price increase?

and my is BoH (925) was yesterday and other a few days ago, now some of us lose buying those a book. cuz they dont want to MB when they have a fix for this days ago. That unfair

Nothing was 'lost'. If the changes hadn't been made, you wouldn't have had any chance of buying the BoH on those days, because there was another book in that slot

It's exactly like going to McDonalds, and being told a Big Mac is $10
You take a Big Mac please (no onions!) and pay $10, you confirm $10 when you pay with your Mastercard

Then you find out there was a mistake, Big Macs should have been $5

You were told the price was $10
You agreed to pay $10 when you ordered a Big Mac (no onions!)
You confirmed that payment when you accepted $10 against your card

You're not magically entitled to any refund, well clearly you are "entitled" but that's a different issue.

You saw a product, you paid the quoted price for the product after confirming you really wanted to do it.
Just because the price quoted and paid was higher than usual does not mean it is refund time.

If they accidentally changed the price to 25 gems for a Book of Heroes, would you be OK with them deducting an extra 475 gems from everyone who got a cheap book because it "should have been 500"

A reasonable argument. However if you had read through the thread you would have seen Kaptian Kat explain that is is a mistake and it is supposed to be 500 gems. Therefore people should be entitled to a refund.

Awesome! My hero book is tomorrow and I didn’t get any 925 hero books previously so none were wasted! My AQ will be level 65 in 1 month and I won’t have to put her down at all

I still don’t think players that chose to buy the book at the extra cost are “entitled” to a refund. They purchased it after deciding it was worth it. If they just weren’t paying attention and clicked on it without paying attention, well that happens all the time in many different ways. I can’t count how many times I’ve been training an army hitting buttons and accidentally spent gems because I ran out of elixir but just kept hitting the button. Just yesterday I meant to start an upgrade with a hero book but accidentally started it the usual way and had to cancel it, losing half of the loot. I don’t feel entitled to refunds in any of those situations.
