Supercell is usually pretty good at fixing things ; it will probably take a few days to be corrected but it will be eventually.
Their support team is actually SOOOO much better than so many other games; with Pokémon Go for example it is just about
impossible to find a real person to talk tobut they also have a lot of things to deal with, so it may take some time; they also usually fix the issue for everyone rather than just people who write support.

My BoH is still 925 gems... won't buy it if the cost won't be back to 500gems. I heard in some reports that in the new trader cycle, BoH appears 4x, once with 500 gems cost, and the rest are 925.
If it is not intended to be 925 gems, please fix this ASAP.

Apologies for the delay in replying to this thread, but looks like Kat was already on the job so thank you Kat. As Kat mentioned this was an unintentional bug that will be fixed soon when we can go to maintenance.
However, please don't start baseless accusations like this post. This weekend was a national holiday for Finland so no matter what the price was unintentionally set to, whether it was too high or too low, we'd still be in the same boat today.

You've heard rumors and assumptions.... not 'reports'. In the new trader cycle there was ONLY ONE BOH. Check Reddit and other posts [like here on the forum]. SC tried to be nice and replace some of the other books with a BoH and they somehow forgot to replace the price of 925 of the other books with the 500 gems for the BoH. That's all. And as stated, SC will fix it ...
Personally, I don't find it as a rumor or assumptions. My BoH which cost 925 today is true and I see it by myself. Meanwhile, the trader cycle I got was from someone in this same subforum, I guess the title of the thread is 'New Trader Cycle'. It might not be official info by Supercell, but i take is as a report as that person who posted it seemed to have a trustworthy source.
It is stated there the trader cycle with 4 BoH in it, 3 with 925 cost and 1 with 500 cost. This also supported by others' post, some who said that their BoH in the trader was sold for 500, while some others stated it is still 925. If Supercell have added the number of BoH, then why would there be only 1 BoH in the cycle as you said in your post?
Regarding my statements here and previous post are verifiable or not, I'm not sure about that. If it is false though, I would take it as a false reports and not assumptions or rumors.
Great to hear Darian stated above that this will be fixed soon, and thanks for Kaptain Kat for handling this thread very well. Actually, I just need clarifications regarding this issue, as this BoH price baffled me. I thought this has been fixed immediately at recent maintenance, but the fact it is not. I don't mind though waiting longer for this fix, at least Darian had stated that this will be fixed soon.
Found a possible exploit/loophole you might want to add a fix for in the maintenance. Will PM you about it as it's better not to post it in public.
I have the book for 925 gems at the trader shop. I want to buy it for 500 gems. Some guy mentioned he got 425 gems back from the support. Is there going to be an automated payback (425 gems) for those who bought it?

I doubt it but a friend also contacted support and they refunded him 425 gems too.
