Here, the information:

Matches will be made as soon as the game is back up. However, due to the shortened timer of today's League Day, there may be less than 8 attacks available. But starting with tomorrow's League Day, all 8 will be available again.

And fyi, I just matched now, and got only 4 attacks...

You can drop quickly if you put a bad base layout and let people wreck your base.

initially i did not like it but now i actually love it!!! since you are "forced" to try your best in every attack to basically "beat" your opponents attack in your village, it is very similar to the concept of war attacks. With that being said LEGENDS is not only for the maxed th12 but for the people who want to "practice" their war strategy attacks against a well developed th12. Also note that for the people who do not really have much time LEGENDS might also be worth a look as you get 8 matches. With that being said the positive of this is that people can now focus on the BB village

Seems like it would have made more sense to start the new OBS portion of the update after the current league season was over. This may have also help prevent the issue with folks not being able to get signed up for legends league. Also seems like there should be an automatic trophy deduction to knock players out of legends if they do not want to opt in so they can continue farming in Titans.

To me it makes sense to release it a week early. I would rather them have a chance to fix the bugs at the end of this season, rather than deal with all of these problems at the start of a legitimate trophy race.

Unfortunately, bugs will be found when changing from a small playerbase of testers to millions of players worldwide. I don't think delaying it would have prevented much.
