Is this a bug or intentional?

Coleaders who did not participate a war can still delete troops

    Intentional
    I think

They're coleaders, why wouldn't they be able to?

(not a coleader, also always in war as leader, so can't check)

I'm guessing intentional, because if no coleaders are in the war, then the clan should still have a means to delete the troops, no?

For consistency, they should only be able to delete if they can also donate.

But whether that is intentional or not, I have no idea.

It would be a nice perk for co leaders and leaders to be able to donate troops even when not in war.

I think its intentional to let Co-leads delete troops even if they are not in war as it would help clan where theres no co-leads are in the war.

Then you would have the clans who do 5v5 wars with baby accounts possibly having a big defence advantage over a clan without a big account co lead to donate.

    Yup
Deleting is a nice perk, and very handy (especially if you have fat fingers like me!)

Coleaders and leaders shouldn't be able to donate in all wars though, would be terribly unfair for low TH wars.

That QoL announcement in April wasn’t specific about the participation of the co/leader in the war, so I guess it is intentional:

Being a co leader is a responsibility, not a fun tag.
Responsibility does not end when you are not in war.
