App wouldn’t launch, no SC logo, just crashed repeatedly to the home screen on a 7th gen Fire 7. Tried restarting the device, clearing the coc cache, restarting again, moving from sd to tablet. Uninstalled and reinstalled to a fresh th1 village. Before this problem, I was able to make an amazon purchase of an in-game item without a supercell id.
I have three devices, Fire 7 on amazon, Fire 8 on google play, and an ipad. When going through the automated script of, “Contact Us,” it asked for which email is associated with this village. That email address is the same for both my amazon account and the ipad supercell id. The script wants me to use the verification code sent to that email, but I think that’s just going to give me the ipad village. I believe the missing link is associating my Fire device to my amazon account. How to resolve this?
