it is not the point of progressing faster. faster progression is good for everyone who want it.
the main point is in the additional building on the map. cw/cwl advantage in having an additional building that is only available if you have played bb ......... for a long time.this building can be the reson why you miss the third or even second star in war and your whole clan lost the war.

Ok so how long u think its gonna take to destroy 6th builder in war like 0,005 seconds? Ill be more worried about those new mortar lvls then extra bh that doesnt even attack u

Now please calculate how much faster you’re able to progress with 5 or 6 builders.

For the record, I have maxed out TH and BH on my main account, and I disagree with “helpful right at the beginning of a new town hall” - on my mini, I can have those shorter upgrades done a lot faster than with four builders, now, reaching the end of TH10.

I never said it wasn't faster. But in the end, the rewards (max heroes, max troops) are no different. You obtain nothing "extra" of meaningful impact. You can still max your heroes and troops, whether or not you play BB.

In the end, your account will have little flames on level 65 heroes whether or not you play BB. You just have to do it without a gem mine, and now without a 6th builder.

I fail to see how this is some evil scheme to ruin your fun.

My point is, playing BB now gives you advantage, which was never supposed to happen.

You decided you don’t like B.B. and that’s your prerogative but somewhere down the line you also decided B.B. would never hold anything of value for you and now that changed obviously. But that doesn’t mean it would never happen.

Thats not quite what I was saying.

Of course a player can progress faster with extra builders. No one in their right mind would claim otherwise.
However.
My point is, it’s being made much bigger then it actually is because, some players can’t afford gold pass for example and they will progress slower then gold pass players, or players who buy the occasional special deals with books and such to progress faster.
This is a similar thing and at least this could be obtained for free so the playing field is quite even. It’s not like the game is saying you can’t have this.

Good base builders know the advantage of this particular structure. Not sure where the insult was. Seems like a baseless claim.

You mentioned troop and spell level while talking about defense. It's difficult to take an opinion seriously with such a gross error. Maybe I'm missing something. Those 2 objects don't seem to fit in the topic of defense.

You did miss something because you jumped into a conversation without reading all of the posts. I wasn't talking about whether or not one builder hut makes a difference on defense. It does make a small difference. I was talking about how it is coming at the same time as more offense. I did then acknowledge to another poster who made an actual constructive point that this is not the case with the lower halls which are not getting more offense. YOUR topic may only have been defense, but if you had read all of my posts, it wasn't mine. You could see I was thinking along the lines of whether the hut means defense is getting a big buff as opposed to what you and others were discussing about whether the hut, alone, is a defensive difference such that the builder hall is now a "requirement" or provides an "advantage." That isn't what I was thinking at the time, but was able to see with more discussion that it was focused more on that.

I would not be supprised if the new builder building is something that is not available to place on a war layout.
So this issue would be moot.
