I always thought of the builder base like brushing my teeth. Or taking medicine. Not an enjoyable task,but necessary one just in case I ever became disadvantaged on the main village for ignoring it,like many of my clan mates.

Only a third of my clan has maxed builder hall 8(16). No one actively plays it outside clan games or challenges on the gold/silver pass.

For those of us who are in a good position to get the 6th builder, he will be useless until th13 drops as none of use will need any builders at all (hopefully) as will have finished the upcoming new content by then.

Yup, everyone who has a max BH 8 is a max th12.

I figure this is because we were all max th11s when BH came out and spending time on builder hall was not preventing us from raiding to better our main villages. And why not,there wasn't much else to do.

Not feeling smug at all,more sorry for those who are th10+ who never played builder hall as it took away time from main villages,and the gear ups were hopeless who now find themselves in the unenviable position of a mountain to climb in a village they don't want to play and no way to get the 6th builder without spending a mountain of gems.

Having said that, Having 6 builders just means defence can progress at an even faster pace and the poor lab will lag even further behind.

I admit I don’t play bb all that much but am seeing a lot of ‘why cannon cart?’.

The cannon cart is strictly a ground troop. Not everyone attacks using ground troops. So why require a ground troop upgrade in order to complete a task?

I assume it's because supercell looked at the metrics and saw that the cannon cart was the least upgraded troop across all players.

have you considered the operation blue skies? it will be a major overhaul of legend league and it would be kind ridiculous to do it one week before trophy season ends.

I was thinking the same but just had a thought. I don't see why they couldn't release the update before the 24th but have OBS part not go into effect until the 24th. That part feels more like a server-side thing anyway...

So I need to build O.T.T.O hut to have 6 builders on main village.Looks like I will have to rush my rushed BH7 on my TH12 to BH8 asap so it will be ready for BH9.

Or if they’ll remain valid when you delete/clear a base that you’ve shared

Sorry Darian, but this is a bunch of nonsense (to avoid other words).
You could ask players to maximize troops, heroes, walls or building in MAIN base to get the builder traveling from BB.

And that would defeat the entire purpose. Maxing things in the main base to...get things to help max things in the main base faster?

This is a s**t move.
You guys know that a good portion of players base dont like the BB and you keep adding things forcing us to play.

The first sentence here is your opinion, that's fine. I disagree with it, but then again I actually do enjoy the BB (though I don't do much more than my 3 wins per day).

The second sentence is this stupid heart-ing claim again. We don't get to make this claim. We don't have the data to back it up, and we never will.

Not only do you need to build OTTO but you need to upgrade it to level 5 as well before you can have 6 builders in your MV

Play BH very casually compared to full throttle on main base but I do like what you have done with this BH update - demonstrates some really innovative thinking. Well done SC.

Unique one!! Well maybe it's unique but still I don't think it should specifically be a single troop. Because bb players are divided into groups. Since loot is so limited, one can't max each and every troop. So, basic division of players is air and ground, so probably it should have at least choice between an air troop and cannon cart.

Maybe there's a minority of players who had played since the beginning and have maxed all the troops as bh9 was not introduced for so long. But I think, giving priority to cannon carts only is bad for the players who focused on air and couldn't get carts completely or partially maxed.

They probably ran the numbers and it came up with cannon carts as the most used, most leveled on average of all the troops. Since they nerfed cannon carts for the sole reason of "its used too much" this is my guess.
