Noticed Bug/Glitch in CWL: Attackers base number mismatch

Did a search, didn't find any information on it.
Going to try to attach a photo of the glitch.
It appears that the attackers home base number is being used as opposed to the war fighting base number... I've noticed it multiple times...

Yes, that is another way of saying "It appears that the attackers home base number is being used as opposed to the war fighting base number..."

Which is intentional, has been that way since the very first CWL. There is two numbers used, relative position on map (1, 2, 3 ... 30) and relative position on roster. That player is #28 map wise; #32 roster wise. I myself love that they do that! I already know what their map number is, I can easily see that on the map. Have you not ever wondered: "But what is their placement on the roster?". This is how they tell us that info!

    OK, intentional... explanation... Got it.
Don't agree with it, nor like it, but that is not the topic.
I could care less about the "roster" as 95% of the clans I see, that changes as the players hop from one to the next.
Until SC puts a 12hr or 24hr wait limit for troop requests on players joining a new clan (like they do when you make a single change to one of your base designs); to combat clan hoppers, I can't take your explanation seriously though. I shall still consider it a glitch. I do appreciate your attempt to explain the "glitch" but it seems too far fetched.
It was always easy enough to look at the clan info to see their place on the "roster." When being attacked, I want to know if it was the mirror or if they dropped. Their rank in the clan is useless information.

Again, thanks for your explanation. Sorry I don't like it, but not everyone would!
