5 out of 6 Archer Towers
1 AD (currently upgrading)
3 Teslas (1 is upgrading to lvl 7)
1 Teslas is upgrading to lvl 6 atm
Traps (I have no idea)

Upgrades:
1 more Pekka
1 more Heal
Haven't touched Valk or Golem
Minion and Witch are maxed.
Hog rider is upgrading to lvl 4 atm


Walls:
All lvl 7 (Dark Purple)
Middle Center (Where the xbows, mortors, CC, DE storage, sometimes TH)

~17 are lvl 7
~27 are lvl 8


Heros:
King lvl 10
Queen lvl 9



You name it and its maxed:
- DE Storage, Drills, CC, Mortars, Wizzy Wiz Wizzzz, Xbows

Hard to say unless you tell us what your intentions are with the game.

If you consider yourself a recreational player who wants new toys then sure, go for it.

If you plan to take the game seriously and eventually max out your base then you are not ready until you max everything at TH9.

Get al lthe troops maxed , all the defenses maxed, and upgrade walls to even stand a chance to survive TH10.

It's amazing how people are stuck to that "max all" ♥♥... It was correct once, it's not anymore. Well, unless you're hardcore farmer grinding 12 hours in row at Gold II. Do the math and go ahead.

I did all the defenses, everything else except two barrackas (8 and 9)(, heroes both to ten and 200/250 level 9 walls, rest level 8 and also did all my traps. Got to th10 a few days ago, the loot has been pretty good, but at gold II bam isn't really to reliable, so if your use to baming you'll have to switch it up a little. It's not as bad as people are saying it is, but it is different from th9. If you fell confident, go for it.

Well, Th10 will become stronger by every update so chances are by every update, moving up to TH10 will become more desirable and worth it, but at the same time, you'll be doom if farming walls. Not saying that you can't farm the walls, but don't argue that you will remain to upgrade your walls at the same rate as when you were a TH9.

If you're planning on upgrading walls as far as they can go, you need at least all lvl 8 walls, it will save a lot of time.
