Semi-Low leveled players can actually be better for a new clan, because they are usually more loyal and will stick around. Your doing the right thing imo. I also noticed you got a lv 100 in there, if hes there just to visit, I suggest bring careful. Some people in your clan might leave if he leaves, and that probably wont be too good for your clan.
