Can’t build new bases

Supercell,

With the ending of the season pass I have an overflow on my accounts which I am grateful for. But when I went in today to build a new home base I couldn’t not because I cannot collect my loot cart.

Which also means I cannot collect the loot cart and use those bases for friendly challenges. Is there a way to allow us not decline the loot cart or move it or you spawn it outside the actual map for the sake of this. I am upgrading my bases but it takes time to do that and will need time before I use all those resources

A moveable loot cart is often suggested (example: https://forum.supercell.com/showthre...t-cart-movable). Agree it would be a nice QOL addition, hope we do see it one day soon!

...or a loot cart that appears only on the outer rim of the base. That would also solve that issue.

Or just automatically refund 20% of what was stolen back into our storages
