Well I got 5 star in multiplayer battles it said I’ve received my star loot bonus but none was ever added to my loot. No way of contacting supercell I guess so I have to post here .

Did you check your treasury? That’s where the 5 star bonus goes to. If it’s not there, you can contact in game player support through the settings menu.
