    need help

    i lost my account bcause i change device.
    i try all way for getting back my account but i dont get any response from customer service.
    what must i do now?
    please help me

    They are the only ones that can help you, no one here on the forums can, that I’m aware of, some times customer service takes a little while, especially if you’re asking on a weekend, or long weekend such as this. Be patient, I’m sure they will get back to you. They’ve always been good to me as far as responses go.

    Get back to the old device and link your account to google play, game center or SuperCell ID

    I'm not sure how long you have waited for a response from CS, but keep in mind it's weekend AND it's a holiday, so it may take some time for them to respond? Don't bombard them with requests, they don't like that...
