We need an express gold pass for max players that let's you pay a couple of bucks to get on a gold pass track that will only get you the hero skin. Since I won't be able to fill my season bank if my storages are full, the skin is gonna be the only thing worth playing for (again, for max players).

The skin a vanity item, at $5 a month its less then 17 cents a day, how much cheaper do you want it to be?

Even on this forum a lot of max players seem to think the 1 gem donations is pretty good, plus reduced training times. The rest of it won't help much.

Lets remember that there is an option to get a 6th builder. So you have even more opportunity to have a free builder and more builders become available.

i expect there are a lot like me who will have a very long time if ever before this is an option!

Two bucks. I stated it quite clearly. It's not that I can't afford the $5. It's that max players don't have any use for the fluff items and now the season bank won't even be available unless you purposely purge your storages.

A maxed player couldn’t use the SB as is anyway. So why is that so different all of a sudden. It seems odd that maxed players would buy a gold pass for the SB to get loot they can’t spend anyway

I don't waste my gems on donations. I cook my donations. Why piddle away the one free in-game resource that we have?

A max player can't use it, but they can accumulate for future updates. That's what is so different all of a sudden. Some max players like the skins, and that's why they are willing to spend $5.

To make myself clearer, I'll use TH12 as example, there'd be two collums at each storage (let's assume you've got no loot):

But using your example assumes you NEVER get raided over the month. Averaging 1 defense a day, if they only get your storages, you could be losing 13.5 million in gold/elixer during raids in a given season - thus plenty of room to fill that SB. If you so desire to fill that SB (even the buy up gold package) this could be done by setting up a base to be hit by collector raids.

It may seem counter intuitive, but it is an alternative thought.

How fast are they accumulating it for future updates if they can be raided for the maximum every time? That's the big change, there's now a way you can no longer be raided for your loot at ALL.

I had mine maxed at the end of the last season with maxed storages, so I was sitting over 30 mil or each and over 400K de. Halfway through this month that's all been raided by people. So it's unlikely that people could build up an unlimitess amount of loot (well limited to 2 billion probably unless SC change field/variable types).

Why, as a maxed player, if I know an update is coming out during the month, shouldn't I be able to make use of the feature? I should be allowed to work towards building my loot for when the update drops, I shouldn't be penalised from using a feature that I've paid for, just because my storages are full.
