Wall Cost? Should be Decreased!

Hello Clashers!


Personally I think that COC walls should be decreased. Like after Level 8 you would definitely have to spend money on the game or wait a few years to get those walls. I mean I hear some of the top players have to spend hundreds or even thousands just to upgrade the walls to the max. I mean just decrease the amount of the walls. I think that they are just asking for to much putting the walls at those prices. Yes I know farm but it is still a challenge that would take forever it cost 1,000,000,000 to max walls coming from level 10?

Wrong. You want everyone with lvl 11 walls? I don't. You want a game that might last a few years to last 6months b/c folks are maxed out and bored? I don't. Heck if we want to complain to SC about making the game easier, lets do it right....."Superell, the game is hard please give everyone a chest of gems b/c meh meh meh....."

I personally enjoy farming for walls, it gives more xp and more attacks and makes me more active

The only people complaining about current wall prices are the ones that don't have them yet. I think it is odd that Supercell made the jump from Lvl 9 walls at 1 million to Lvl 10 at 3 million to Lvl 11 at 4 million.

Seems that the Lvl 10 walls should have been 2 million each or even 2.5 million. But, it wouldn't be fair to change it now. It does add another challenge to the game. And, let's be honest, it's the biggest challenge this game has when building your defense. So, I like it where it is.

I still need to farm for 70 lvl 9 walls and 247 lvl 10 walls. The barracks boost was a nice gift... My advice... take advantage while it's here.

Wall prices normally double. the hp increment from lvl 9 to lvl 10 is a pretty good chunk compared to previous upgrades. Other than wbs, the 1500 extra hp definitely is worth the price. Yes abuse the barracks boost

I don't really have the time for walls to be honest, real life gets in the way. So speaking as someone with limited play time, i don't think the return justifies the time investment required max walls. So if you find it too tough to do, just dont bother.

On the specific subject of the cost, the 2m cost increase from lv9 to lv10 and 1m from lv10 to lv11 seems the wrong way round, but it will be difficult for them to change due to the time/energy/money players have invested in getting lv10 walls.

I agree with the OP. walls should be cheaper. I never understood why people *want* expensive walls. Gues they just love to grind dead base raids. Sounds fun to do for 4-6 hours a day.

I got done with127 lvl9 walls at th9 and then just moved on to th10. To boring.

Walls should be less than 1.5 mill per piece at any level imo.

Face it, walls are not an entertaining aspect of the game.

Yes, people should have to work for them, but at 1.5 mill for level 9+ walls, it still takes a long time to do.


Bottom line: We as gamers should not look forward to doing walls as "fun endgame content."

There should always be more entertaining content being added (clan wars, troops, daily quests, etc) giving you incentive to be active. No one signs into CoC thinking, "Time to grind walls for months! This is awesome!"


For the side saying that it would be unfair to players who already spent a great deal of time farming walls, deal with it. Same could be said of buffs/ nerfs to certain troops and gemmers losing money. The game is always evolving, and sometimes things become easier to do benefiting players which will = more happy players.

Are you seriously comparing a 375 mill gold decrease cost for lvl 10 walls with hogs beeing nerfed? Come back to reality, the time/Money spent on lvl 10 walls is to much for a decrease cost with the answear "deal with it".
