Is it possible to c h e a t by preventing someone for revenge?

In fact, I had at many times several doubts, but now a certainty: I NEVER attack villages with inferno towers with my level 8 troops ! Never and I just saw a defense against a TH10 village with 2 infernos towers without the possibility of any revenge !

I never attacked this village, I am absolutly sure!

Maybe he wasn't a TH10 with infernos when you attacked him. The guy could have then gemmed the TH10 and Infernos, and then proceed to revenge.

Depending on player activity, his revenge log could be 1-2 months old. I certainly don't remember everyone I've attacked today, let alone 2 months. As someone pointed out, he could have gemmed (or upgraded it normally) in the time frame some defense logs have.

An attack without a revenge option can only mean that person used a revenge against you. I know of no workaround, loopholes, or bugs where a player can match/attack you normally without you having a revenge option.
