The example they gave is if you have just started an upgrade that takes 10 days, and you get the 10% builder boost perk, then it would reduce it by 1 day (10% of 10 days) to 9 days remaining. If you had 9 days and 1 min remaining, then it would still reduce it to just 9 days. And if you had less than 9 days left, then it wouldn’t do anything. Now, I don’t really understand why they do it that way, but whatever.
What I do have a problem with is that they now say the same thing applies to the builder potion! And when I commented that I basically had wasted a builder potion, their response was: “I would not go as far to say wasted, it had an effect but since the boost from the Season Pass is bigger than the x10, it does not amount the same cumulatively as when used on its own!” I really don’t get it - it’s never been dependent on how much the upgrade had progressed - no matter if there was 1 day left or 10 days left, the potion took off 10 hours. And then they basically told me that if I want it to work like it used to, then next time to use the builder potion when the builder boost perk isn’t active! ♥♂️
It’s stupid, but now I just want my builder potion back.
