    Resolution to being ‘stuck in clouds’ searching

    The easiest resolution for the ‘clouds’ problem that many players suffer through at higher league levels is expand search parameters to include every base at your league and town hall level, even if they’re under shield or guard. I mean the loot is actually imaginary. It’s not like SuperCell will be depleting their stockpile of gold and elixir buried in their chests at HQ. I’m not suggesting that players under shield lose any loot but if their base, and raidable loot amount, were added to search, finding matches would be immediate. I, like many other players, raid while under guard, usually with training potions. I’m lucky if I get 3 matches before training potion runs out. It’s quite frustrating and a bit unfair compared to those who drop trophy leagues and get twice the amount of attacks in the same amount of time.

    If you were to read any of the prior threads on this, including the main one in general, you would know that this would totally ruin the trophy pushing competition in legends. Something that ruins legends isn’t a solution. People that don’t care about the trophy pushing competition part of it already can attack without a care about trophies in lower leagues or do friendly challenges. Legends doesn’t need to be ruined so they can get matches faster.

    Now, if you changed this common suggestion up a bit by adding in a limit on the number of attacks allowed per day (and now allow players to next past small offers all day long), that would be different. The trophy pushing competition would not be ruined. It might be an improvement to legends, although there would be a lot of luck involved since 3 starring bases below legends is usually much much easier. Either way, though, the players down low getting blasted by legends players wouldn’t like it.
