Having the same "problem" on Galaxy A6+
Tornado duration wasnt changed. Its still on the old values, please fix.

Am using iPhone X running iOS 12.1.4
I unlocked the 10% builder boost and just noticed that the price to upgrade my TH12 to level 5 was still 12 mil, is this a purposeful move by supercell to have the boost not affect TH upgrades, or is it just a bug? My eagle was reduced from 12 to 10.8 mil so it's definitely working. Anyone else have this problem?
