    I found a bug.. a real big bug!

    I downloaded clash of clans yesterday and i went to bed as a town hall 3. I woke up this morning and i am still a town hall 3! What is going on, this is just crazy!

    Please give me more free stuff as i need to be a max town hall 12 now and i dont want to put any effort in to the game. Please just give me everything so i can upgrade without looting more than once a day and i can then be a th12 and then i can start moaning about nerfing and buffing troops to make attacking easier aswell.

    btw... im not being serious.. but im just pretending! but how many times are we hearing this now!

    Graphics Bug:

    Playing on a brand new iPad Air3 and the all the graphics look very much pixelated, not retina at all. :-/

    Guess the new (larger) resolution of these devices was not taken into account and the game defaults to the old non-retina version?

    So, I cleared a milestone in season and unlock a Resource Potion. Mine is full, so the game said it will sell it for 250 gems. Then as soon as I sell it, the game gave notification of syncing error, and force me to reload. After I reload, the prize is already claimed, but my gems is still the same. Is this supposed to be like this?

    experiencing the same issue. I messaged in game support. I will post here if they say something relevant.

    Season bank is not increasing in size after collecting the rewards, all paid players , also says bank size is 0

    I heard back from support, here is what they had to say:

    “Firstly, let me thank you for reporting what you experienced with your Giga Tesla, the Builder booster and season challenge's perks doesn’t seems to work on Giga Tesla for now that's true. As we speak, our team is working non stop to come up with the best solution, as soon as possible!

    Just give this some time and everything will work like a clock again!

    I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this, I want you to know that we deeply appreciate and value your patience and support and thank you very much for spending some time to report it an for your dedication to our game! ...”

    So basically, no big news.

    I reported it several times. Clash in game support, Forums, and no fix. Wasting Gold pass. 7 days gone now.

    In game support told me to just hold off upgrading TH12 levels. Funny.

    We pay for a gold pass and can't get a whole season out of it and zero updates on when this will be fixed.





    In Game Support reply to my message:

    "Thank you so much for your screenshots! I completely see the situation now!

    The good news is the team is aware of this case and already looking into it! This means that your report helps a lot to make sure this is addressed even faster! I suggest holding off to upgrading for the moment and do it towards the end of the Season!

    Thanks once more for your message! It's been awesome writing to you today and if you have any more questions or need more help, let me know anytime and I'll be right back to your side as soon as possible!"
