Raids at TH 10

Finally i am maxing out my town hall level 9. My builders are working on my last teslas and AT.

I know that most of you guys will tell me to stay at TH 9 to upgrade all my walls. However, i have been premmie since like day one that SC introduced TH 9. So, i'd like to move on to TH 10.

Now my question is, what does this mean to my collector raids? Does the loot penalty apply here or?

The loot did not change for the mines/pumps. Upgrade to TH 10, no reason not to. No loot penalty. Forget the walls, Balloonions and Hogs rule anyway. Walls don't stop them.

No loot penalty- is this true? I thought there was still a loot penalty for attacking lower town halls but theyd got rid of the loot bonus for attacking higher town halls? Can someone pls confirm?
