plus CoC attracts ppl who like to complain, if you look at HayFay you'll see that ppl rarely complain
Its common in any major mmo/fps to see the offical forums littered in complaints. Quite simply people like to complain, it takes a lot more effort to bring someone to create an account to simply to praise a company. However, when their angry they feel the forums is the only place to vent their anger. People love to complain and SC, and any other company, know to take every forum post with a grain of salt.
