    About being a closed community,

I believe that "new players" have a different view compared "long term players" because a lot of complaints going on recently about the game and they didn't experience how COC was at the start and havn't grown with the game.

Remember when you got attacked you lost your army when they destory your camps. oucHH.

I think we should always continuing to provide information and help to new comers or people who seek it.

On other PC Game forums which i was apart of in the past, the "vets" and old timers just hate on new people just because their skill / knowledge was lower.

Sometimes, really heated chats leave forum and continue in kik or other social media (without moderation) - just because its through frank and thorough discussions that some people resolve their issues - and to be honest - I'm ok with that.

I do think we should look at a person's post count and temper our reactions to them - keep it friendly - I most especially enjoy the banter between forumites and sometimes, I even get to push some blood pressures up lol ( these are the threads that need to run to their full conclusion and not be closed )

I agree, in previous games I've played, the pros have always looked down on the "newbs" for not magically knowing everyting about the game, and that always bothered me. Not only is it polite to offer information / insight to new players, but at least personally it makes me feel good sharing my knowledge / helping new players.

That said...I've found that surprisingly enough, these forums often have the opposite issue. High level players (whether they be TH10, high trophy count, or high level or all of the three) get flamed constantly by loewr level / new players. I've been told to shut up so many times for simply being a TH10, it's difficult to find the joy in spending time to help people when that happens. Usually I am a very tolerant person and it takes a lot to really get my temper going but as of late a lot of new forum members have really been pushing my buttons with the overflow of complaint threads.
