How to ban a player stalking another player in our clan?

24 hour kick is not working. This stalker forced one of our clan mates to leave
so as to not be able to be found. Our clan mate wants to come back but knows
if he does the stalker will be able to find him again.

The stalker says crazy stuff and i think is a she.
the stalker says things like

"I will always find you"
"I can't stop thinking about you"
"If i can't have you, no one can"

I do not know what to do otherwise.

yeah i guess I can do that but i like open clan and
I feel if i do that then the stalker wins cause then
I can't even run my clan how i want.

yeah i put us in invite only mode just now. We are 46 players strong so invite only
is fine. if the stalker gets in still I'm gonna be asking that clan mate some tuff questions lol

you know when i started the clan I thought the most Id ever have to deal with was stuff like



"I said Wizards only! Can't you read!!!!!" (huge fight breaks out)

or

"I sent you a dragon and you send me barbarians! @#$% YOU!"
(another huge fight breaks out)

or

"what do you mean my base sucks? Your base sucks more!"
