1 Gem Barrack Boost is amazing!

I hate it I use barch to farm and barch takes like no time it just speeds it up by 5 mins not worth it and theres even less loot now

Always the pessimist. It is amazing you can raid more often so you can get more loot! Even though loots not good, you can repeatedly attack quicky and the loot builds up fast! Where are the negatives? I find none imho.

+ barracks boost made me achieve master - good for pushing

It cancels both out

Barrack Boost = More battles, loot is drained
Collector Boost = Double the loot generated

but the question is, which is faster?

Collector boost is only for elexir... Only good use is if you are pushing
Also you have to keep in mind the gem costs... They can get costly if you boost too much.

I have to agree! The Barracks and Dark Barracks boost are worth it! I would go and attack and when I come back from a battle most of my army was already made and i would only have to wait 3 more mins before next attack. I Have done the boost twice in the last day and both times doing it I looted 1.5 million in each resource. Not bad. But... only downside is that it took a little longer to find a good base too attack. Great Idea Supercell.

don't spend the 1 gem myself (farming around 1500), just not seeing the value. But honestly, this is one of the best gifts/surprise SC has done for the bit higher up players. Sooo long to build dragons and pekkas etc.

I like it, wat I don't like is how it only lasts 45m. SC should change it to 4h like the SF. so im not gemming my barracks. I just did yesterday cuz I was desperate. so mad using 8 gems

You all do realize that 1 gem = $0.01, right? and that is at max cost when just purchasing $5 worth. So mad at using 8 gems? Really? Laughable

Not bad at all especially with high tier troops, especially when you are doing some solid raids. What I would do if I were you:

Boost right when you go to battle, make them train the longest training time like drag for example, and you won't regret it. Who else likes it?

I have to say I'm totally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off, I go on 8 day holiday no Coc and we get 1 gem barracks boost. Now this I am completely annoyed!

...think of how many gems you would be wasting by boosting barracks...
Say you play 16 hours a day: That's 21 gems you would be going through per barrack, which means each day you would be using 84 - 126 gems :eek:.

Personally I only boost 1 barrack about 3-4 times for an evening session as that's enough to make serious ballooning quick enough (esp as I'm not boosting spells), although I did do 4 this morning to whip through some raids in the little time I had available before work. Eight gems a day is not a lot, you can almost make that by removing trees etc.

I would have rather had spell factory over barracks though. Often the troops are done first, and the it's the spells we wait for.

On a positive note, we don't know what else is coming
