An addition to the proposed new rule on the previous page.
"A member observed to be asking for troops may have his village inspected. If the member is seen to have no archers present in the army camps then this may be taken as evidence that the member does not intend to donate, and may be used as grounds to remove the member from our clan"
This obviously would only be used when a member is noted as constantly asking for troops and not donating in return. Any member who does not have archers ready to donate should not be asking for donations,

I know I'm new here but I have to say YES! to this new proposal. Do you like looting all the gold & elixir a Viking could ever want. The CC help do that AS YOU WELL KNOW OR YOU WOULDN'T BE ASKING FOR SOME. It is not hard to say thx and donate back. Perhaps you do not realize there are clans out there where requests go unfilled. You do not want to be kicked. Open your clan chat. Reading it adds to the fun. Share with your fellow Bears. Thx to all who have donated to me!

Just a few interesting facts to add to the donation stats posted above.
The top ten members donated 52% of all donations.
The top twenty members donated 77% of all donations.
The top thirty members donated 94% of all donations. The 30th ranked donating member contributed 180 troops.
This does not take into account the sleepers, zombies and new members.
From this I would suggest for discussion that:
1) Riverbears now becomes a high activity clan and adopts the same donation requirements as Cavebears: 100 per week minimum, bottom five removed, 200 per week to be safe. Read the new Cavebear thread if you are unfamiliar with this system.
2) Icebears now becomes a low activity clan where marginal members can move and where members wanting to "sleep" can reside.
