I am in Riverbears now. I have asked a few members what happened. It appears you joined then left of your own accord. We have a rule that no one leaves our clan without first telling us. Once a person leaves without telling us they are no longer welcome back into the clan. I have complete trust in the discretion and integrity of our Elders. First time i join riverbears,they accept and i did not see all the first page. Then they kicked me,right now i read this thread and post new reply. So can i join back? Not i leave without reason is being kicked.

If there was a genuine reason why you were kicked then I will stand by the Elder's decision. It may have been that you did not read our clan rules properly and failed to answer a key question that we ask new recruits. If that is the case then you will not be allowed back into the clan.
If there was a misunderstanding, then you will be accepted into the clan, however you will still be expected to answer some questions about our rules. If you can not answer them correctly then you have not read our rules, and you will be kicked again.
