Anyone else noticed there are no threads saying how great the Barracks boost is?

The barracks boost is fine with me. I've raided a total of over 3m gold today. Farming with the barracks boost is helping me gain tons of loot.

I'm guessing it's a mine/drill boost and perhaps spell factory boost if we are really lucky. While this is great for a temporary solution and will no doubt ease some of the issues we are currently having, the problems will still remain after the boost period has ended. I find it mildly offensive we have to spend gems to make the game playable and/or enjoyable.

Simple economics, increase demand while leaving supply the same = bad. SuperCell have rocks in their heads.

I'm a th8 saving for those last big upgrades. Just got 3 starred for the first time since i designed my base in early september. I blame it on the barracks boost and the crappy loot. My 280k of each and 1800 de stands out to a th10 hogger. So usually they would probably find something better or find someone else before or something. Anyway I never been 3 starred and it just happens that I get 3 starred in a crappy loot faze with a barracks boost.

1. The barracks boost is only 45 min. It should be more along the lines of 2-8 hours.
2. There isn't enough loot floating around to make it enjoyable.

I on the other hand prefer the 45 minutes as I can take the buust and be very active during it. All the time training and raiding.

On the loot I go with the principle that from small streams come big rivers. Why waste time looking for a 200+ gold loot when I can take four quick raids that in total go over that 200K mark? I hit next maybe tens times max and will find a base with easily lootable gold.

This boost is a pain for anyone not buusting as there are more raids done and if you still need to score that 200K mark then it is harder to find those as competition is fierce. Still everyone gets free gems so it is up to individuals to decide how they want to use their gems.

I like the boost and my lv8 wallproject has really liked this time.

was against it yesterday cause the loot was horrible initially. was able to do a 3 hour marathon BAM session just now for about 5.5 mil gold, 2 mil elix & started L3 xbow and 2 Mil to 2 walls so I may be on other side of fence.
