Hi guys,

Here's an Excel sheet to help you calculate building and research times and help plan upgrades.
I did this for myself, so it's not super user-friendly, but I thought I'd share it here as somebody else might also find it useful.

What it does:

* calculates the duration and cost of all upgrades and lab research for each TH level
* highlights the cheapest and quickest available upgrades for each TH level
* estimates how long it will take you to max out each TH level (shows you the final date)

What it doesn't do:

* doesn't take in account Town Hall upgrade time (could add this easily but didn't feel like it)
* no support for heroes
* no support for walls
* doesn't take in account the dreaded builder lag

How to use:

Just enter an "X" in the column to the left of each upgrade you have completed (see the TH8 sheet for an example, you can clear it if you need to).

There are three worksheets for TH8, TH9 and TH10. I'm a TH8, so I didn't need to do the lower ones, feel free to add it if you feel like it.

On the fourth and final worksheet you can change the number of builders (set to 4 by default).

If you don't have Excel / Office installed, you can also sign up for a SkyDrive account, upload the file there and edit it online in your browser!

Not sure, haven't tried it. You might be able to open it on SkyDrive in Safari or using the iOS app.

It should be correct assuming you can keep your lab / builders busy constantly.

YUP thats right!!! Super CELl is well aware of this..... SADly they think it isn't that significant problem for them to actually change or fix anything.

You guys are right. I've heard about builder lag, but haven't really thought about it when making this. I've now edited the OP to make this clear ...

I don't understand something. The total builder days for TH9 seems off. You have a hidden column that adds up to the total, but it skips the building days neccesary for AT to lvl 11, and all x-bow upgrades for instance.

The sum of column L should be ~478.

What am I missing?
