Is it a time grabber? Or it is a defense?

I think the biggest issue with tornado is the fact that is has no 1 sole purpose. It has 3. Its a time stealer (10 seconds), its a defense (rendering a lot of troops defenseless as defenses hammer down) and it also has a splash effect of bringing a group of troops to 1 centered location.

First step is defining it.

Time steal - then make it immune to defenses while troops are caught in the trap.

Defensive - Then reduce the time to maybe 3-4 seconds MAX. Troops should never be forced to stay in 1 place that long.

Splash - Have it bring the troops to a centered location (with a wider range) for a max of 2 seconds just the center those troops (could be used to bring troops to GB traps for instance)
