We are playing cwl and sometimes loot will be full be we dont upgrade hero as we cant attack war without heros so this potion will make all heros will be active for 1hour even if they are under upgrade. Cost can be medals or 100 gems in shop and by clan games. I guess the name is not good for this potion like idea you can suggest a good name by commenting below.😉 Clash on !!!
That'll deprive SC of revenue on people gemming their Heroes so they can use them for war.
How often will ALL your heroes be under upgrade? There’s 3 of them and they all cost insane amounts of resources. Yes, they can take a week, but they also can cost 250k dark elixir and over 20 MILLION elixir! How often will you need them all to be woken up? Not often at all.
It’s very unlikely that there will be a method introduced to have heroes available during war. With the assortment of Magic Items that can either speed up or instantly finish ongoing upgrades, introducing such a method would invalidate the already existing ones.

It doesn't finish upgrade it just for 1hr or can be for 1attack.
Darian literally explained explicitly in that link I provided why they won't be introducing a magic item to wake up heroes temporarily: because you have an abundance of magical items already out there that speeds up heroes upgrades, and so a potion would completely invalidate those items.
Oki , i thought like power potion which temporarily mac troops but we can use book instead of it. May be can i create a thread about laboratory potion which speeds up research?
