I feel the same way, they could allow an upper player to move down a "global level" but obviously not allow someone to move up in global

I don't agree because many high level farmers might want to share strategies and discuss farming and stuff with lower levels to help

OK, every single champion league player knows that they can't go on global for one reason: they will get HARASSED by lower level plays either begging to join or begging of the champion player to join them. For that reason, the people who spend the most money and put the most time into the game that KEEPS the game going, can't even enjoy global chat.

Guys- it's not only the begging and harassment that this idea will help out. This way champions/higher levels can also talk strategy with each other and talk about the latest changes in their section of gameplay, while lower levels can do the same.

Never seen a champion on global or only one or two times? This is the reason why.

The solution:
SECTIONAL GLOBALS. Here, let me explain this a little further. There are different globals you can be in depending on your trophy level. There are globals for 600 or below, 1200+, 1400+, 2000+, 2600+, and 3200+. Anyway, maybe not exactly those numbers, but something of that context. FINALLY champions can enjoy global and catch up with one another. This will encourage champions to play EVEN MORE as they can go on global, meet new friends and not get harassed by the lower players who just beg them to join! This could also benefit lower level players. Whether or not players that are in a certain global level can go to ones below them is up to Supercell, but I think this idea would only add to the game and make the higher level players happier!

*EDIT* After reviewing the idea the sections might be better if they are by level and not trophy level, this is so high level farmers can still chat with trophy pushers.**

That is not true, please read the edit. It could be based on level not league.

As only one person already said, possibly 2 global chats? One for everyone, like what we're used to, and one for level/trophies around your level, maybe like league chat. I feel that way new players could still get help and advice from more experienced players. Also, if the noobs did get them banned, then only banned of that chat for a bit.
