Support won’t delete my account

Hi there,

I requested that my account should get deleted, after waiting 14 days there was an pop up that said that the support will delete my account now.
I already waited a day and nothing happened.

Have you contacted in-game support? I'm nit sure if they have access to delete someone's account or not, but i suspect what you meant is your Supercell ID. Why would you delete your account then? I mean, if you stopped playing just let your account as it is, in case you might want to return back to the game.

Maybe you can clarify further, what account (is it Supercell ID?) and why would you delete that.

There isn’t a button or something that allows you to reset? If not, you need to provide your player tag (#123456789) as well as your username. If all else fails, disconnect SC ID and create a new acc that way
